HP 4100, in APSC 401. The wou# above is the only 
number she could find on the machine. She said it 
used to be in HL.

The WOU number listed above isn't valid.

Called her for time to come over and look at it
and the accurate WOU number. Need to know what
kind of printer it is so we can order a
maintenance kit if there's a problem.
