Seems her network port is down. Called Telecomm
and asked for confirmation.  Until then the
computer hasn't been added to the domain.  Once we
add this to the domain we need to set Pat up with
admin rights to this computer.

Please ONLY install what is currently on her
machine.  After speaking w/Shaun, anything that is
one her machine now is licensed.  Anything that is
not on her machine , we cannot put on.
