I went in again today and did a cold-reset. Its
working now. 

I got it to work after the first old reset but the
printer's menus froze. I restarted the printer and
tried to cold-reset it again but after that point
I was unable to get the link lights to work.

I'll be back over there again tomorrow to finish
troubleshooting this.

Hello:  I believe this help request number, 
18325, is about the VPSA color printer, Sully -- 
WOU#20031330.  He isn't printing at all for us.  
He won't print for Gary Dukes or me.   Our 
computer numbers are 20030544 and 20030545, 
respectively.  There is an error message: Check 
the Job Accounting.   check box off and print 
document again.

It doesn't work.   I appreciate your help with 
this.  Thank you.

P.S.  If 18325 is the work order for my PDA not 
syncing, I'm sorry.  I know that you know that it 
still doesn't work.
 

It is located in 210. Dr. Duck needs this working 
so he can print out things soon she said.
