Finally got a hold of her. she replaced the print
heads herself and the problem is resolved. Closing
ticket.

Called and left a vm to check in on this ticket.
Asked if she'd gotten the print heads yet and
needed us to install them or what.

Looks like the problem is with the print heads.
This is an item she needs to order through her
department. I left a vm telling her to order the
print heads and let us know when they arrive so we
can take care of this for her. Putting the ticket
on hold until she gets back to us about the print
heads.

This is Mike from UCS. I was up in your office
working on your printer earlier today. I just
wanted to email you to let you know where we're
at. I've run all the utilities associated with
your printer and updated the driver to the newest
version. The utilities were able to fix some of
the problems. The cyan now seems to print
correctly and there are no longer lines through
the images. However the red is still printing as
brown.

For the time being I'm going to ask my boss if he
has any ideas regarding troubleshooting. I also
think it would be a good idea for us to install a
new magenta ink cartridge for your printer and see
if that resolves the problem. I was going to ask
you to do this while I was up there, but I
couldn't find you.

Please call 88925 if you're available again this
afternoon and I can come up and we can try to
replace the ink right away. Feel free to email me
or call 88925 if you have any questions. The
helpdesk ticket number is 18329.

Reinstalled the printer driver with the latest
version. Ran the 4 built in utilities. Some
problems seemed to be resolved but any red color
is being printed as brown. Was going to ask her to
swap out the ink cartridges, but she had left her
office. I waited 10 minutes but she hadn't come
back. I've emailed her with some info and will
post that above. Going to talk to Joe about the
problem when he comes back to the office and see
if he has any ideas.

She said that she tried cleaning it but that did 
not make a difference. It is located in 211.
