Walked over there and it seemed to be working
fine. They said it happened when Viking
crashed....probably related.

You can see the mouse on the screen but you 
cannot move it. She tried to restart the computer 
but that did not help. She will be in all day but 
she needs a working mouse ASAP. THanks
