I guess she was getting the SVC host error. I ran
the scripts and it seems to be working now.

User called. She says the remote desktop 
connection was accidently closed.

Couldn't replicate the problem. System was running
fine. Set the page file to system managed rather
than 384MB on the off chance it was a memory
overflow error.

Updated sophos and ran ad aware. Found 151 spyware
items including some registry keys. Let it delete
those files.

System seems to be running fine so I'm going to
close the ticket for now. She said she'd call back
in if it happened again and write down exactly
what she was doing and what the error said before
she calls/emails us.

She was very happy with our prompt service.
