I reinstalled the Java connector, that fixed the
problem.

I took a look at her machine but wasn't able to
determine the cause of the problem.

I'm going to ask Travis about this when he gets
back into the office.

"Can't move the items.  Time zone mapping 
failed.  This time zone is not papper or not 
supported by Calendar Server.  Please contact 
your administrator."
