Went over and updated the profile for Outlook with
the one on myron's page (21jun06). This fixed the
Time Zone mapping error. I did have to go into
hotsync and tell it to use the new outlook profile
before it would sync with her PDA properly.

Ran the duplicate remover software that's on the T
drive to fix her duplicates problem. Uninstalled
it after I was done. I did this before I updated
her Outlook Profile.

I resolved the problem with not being able to 
download phone driver update files which was my 
original request.
Also, the reminders on my Outlook calendar are 
giving me this error: "Cannot turn off the 
reminder. Time zone mapping failed. This time 
zone is not mapped or not supported by Calendar 
Server."
In addition, I synched my Palm with Outlook 
yesterday and I have duplicates all over the 
place and now my calendar is a mess.
Please add these to my current service request.

User called back again and asked if a tech was 
going to come in and look at her problem today.

She is using a QuickInstall software to transfer 
a zip file from her PC to her PDA but it does 
not "work."
