She called back and wanted to know if she can do 
somthing to the thin client so it will not lock 
her out everytime she leaves to go do something.
(20040353) I told her that the thin clients do 
that for security reasons but she wanted me to 
ask you guys anyways.

She called back to say that she cannot even shut 
the computer down now because it was taking too 
long so she is doing a hard shut down. When she 
tried to print the error message, she realized 
that there are no printers showing on the 
computer at all.

"Windows Defender: application failed to 
initialize 0x800106b. A problem caused this 
programs service to stop. TO start the service, 
restart your computer." She is going to restart 
the computer now so she might be calling back 
with more info. Otherwise she will be in ED 202 
waiting for help. THanks
