She called back and said that she gave it some 
time and tried again and it is working now.

So this morning when she tried to log on it 
locked her out. SO I told her to try 
accountlookup and when she tried to log on to her 
computer with the new password, it said she was 
still locked out. SHe needs her computer working 
ASAP so she can work she said. Thanks
