it works fine. she was going to the old e-mail 
site and entering her username and password, she 
didn't even want to check her e-mail, she just 
wanted to go to a website.

It tells her to enter username and password but 
when she enters username and password it tells 
her it is invalid. SHe is wondering why she is 
being asked to log onto it.
