Michael Orr	Dec 19, 2006 05:29 PM	this was a problem with the motherboard overheating. Swapped the hdd from his current machine into another known good optiplex of the same model. Works fine. His CPU WOU number is now 20050110. The WOU number listed above is his monitor, NOT the cpu. The old cpu was 20050078. I also swapped video cards between the two machines as they had differing DVI connectors. This was per Joe's instruction. The system is currently working fine. no crashes.	Add Attachment

Courtney Wehner	Dec 19, 2006 09:23 AM	He said playing with that did not help so he did Ctrl+Alt+delete he was able to restart it. He then said that it didn't freeze, it looked like a power surge and then it went black. The light on the tower was just blinking at him.	Add Attachment
