we have a service request ticket in with SUN 
about these problems. I called and talked to her 
about it to let her know we are looking into it.

"Cannot turn off reminder - Time Zone mapping 
failed.  This time zone not mapped or not 
supported by Calendar Server" this is the message 
she's getting and her colleague Lisa Willson (in 
same office) is having similar trouble.
