Karleen was not actually the person that called 
the task in. She said that she has not seen any 
problems with the computer at the moment, I asked 
her to give us a call back if she notices any 
problems with the machine.

client was working in Hilda's Calendar...to look 
at another month. then the screen went blank and 
then had startup stuff happen.  Spoke with Karen 
at the front desk.  Problem has been intermittant
