You asked UCS to install Dreamweaver 4 on the 
computer in your office that had been ghosted 
previously.  I was able to install Dreamweaver 4 
on the computer and it should be in working order.

Talked to Tricia and let her know that Judy used
Dreamweaver 4 at home, based on this Tricia told
me we can just use the license listed for 4 on the
T: drive.  

I can find a purchase or inventory record of 
Dreamweaver software for Judy Beebe...It may have 
been this "personal copy" she installed on her 
own that is missing

Got Greenspan hooked back up and let her know she
had the rights for installing MSN messenger and
what not.  I can't find the license for
Dreamweaver so I am giving this to Tricia to let
us know then we can go and reinstall it.  

Due to the frequency of her phone calls, I called 
the techs and let them know that she had a task 
in for this.

She called back to say that none of her printers 
are on the computer and she is having problems 
with her mouse. She also wanted to make sure we 
know that she is VERY upset.

Dreamweaver, aol IM, msn messenger are the 
programs she is missing. She is quite upset about 
this and said that, since dreamweaver is her main 
concern, if someong doesn't put that back on her 
computer, she will bring in her own copy from 
home and install it herself.
