I found out what was needed to get this working.
She actually needed a Citrix client and a login
file installed on her computer. I have created a
HOWTO on Tapioca regarding this process.

I called her and she let me know that the person
next door still has it on her computer so someone
could check that out and see exactly what this
software is.  She also made sure to mention that
Joe set it up a few "years" ago directly with HR,
which Joe has no memory of.  I don't know where to
find any copy of record, but since I am leaving I
leave this to the next tech.

User called back. She said that Joe Crowe had set 
up the software in the past through HR.

She got a new computer and does not see 
the "TRACS" icon on her desktop. She wasn't sure 
if it was a shortcut to a website or an 
application.
