All set up. The printer is a local machine so no
network setup is required. All good to go.

Has a black and a color ink cartridge for the 
printer that they got for her which they can go 
pick up at her desk. And if she is not there, she 
will leave them for pick up.

Printer's here, old one's boxed up. We need to get
ink from her to finish setting up the printer on
the network and whatnot. Called and left vm asking
for a time to swing by and pick up the ink from her.

The printer said it needed new black ink, they 
replaced the cartridge but it does not recognize 
it and continues to ask for a new ink catridge. 
User claims that this is affecting her ability to 
work (why can't she temporarily use another 
printer?).
