I created the shortcuts necessary for her to use
Remote Desktop and I showed her how to properly
log into mash using the new remote desktop

User called back, saying that the message left by
the tech did not address her problem. The
workaround she had discovered earlier is not
working correctly.

Left a vm explaining that in the new RDC the user
needs to type mash\username instead of selecting
the domain.

She is able to log into the terminal server, but
it takes "a lot of work" (2-3 mouse clicks,
selecting MASH from dropdown box). She wants
someone to come by and make the old way work.

The icon in Proram Files -> Acessories ->
Communications is missing. She is able to invoke
RDC from a shortcut in the quicklaunch bar, but
she claims it behaves differently this way than
when she used the startmenu shortcut; it does not
allow her to choose the MASH domain.
