I walked over and took a look at her machine with
her and she wasn't able to reproduce the problem.

I called the techs and spoke with Brad who said
she should leave her computer on. I called her
back to let her know.

She called back to check on this and said that it
was working for a short amount of time, then it
started doing the same thing again. She is
leaving in about a half hour and would like to
know if she should leave the computer on so
someone can work on it, or if she should just
wait until later.

When she tries to get into her email, whether she
uses an Outlook-type application or tries to
access it on the internet, it will start opening
a whole bunch of windows and not allow her to
close them or switch windows. She will leave her
computer with this on the screen.
