She said there is a message on the computer that 
says it is in use and an administrator has to 
unlock it. She wanted to turn it off. She would 
like a call back.

When she puts a disc in, it will not do 
anything.  Nothing shows up on the desktop and it 
does not respond as though there is anything in 
it.
