I am not sure what I did, but it is working 
again. I deleted toolbars and did some registry 
cleaning as well as virus scans. Nothing of 
significance came up in the virus scans at any 
point.

I watched her go through the e-mail process. She 
is following all of the steps and the e-mail 
lists it as attached, however the attachment is 
not actually sent with the e-mail.

she checked her sent folder to make sure that the 
attachment went through but noticed that they 
never did. It tells her that it attached 
properly, but they have not since December 29th.
