She said that she had to restart it and then it 
was working fine.

Joe told her that there was a problem and she 
thought that it would be up and working again by 
the 29th. It will not let her log on to her 
wireless. It asked her to download something 
first and she followed all the instructions but 
she still does not have wireless access.
