Please give me a final list of what is added to
Roxanna's machine when you are done so I can
update inventory for future reference

Talked to Tricia. She found the CorelDraw 10.0
program in her stock of TRI software so it's ok to
go ahead and unistall 6 and install 10. I placed
disk 1 of 10 on the T drive under CorelDraw in a
CorelDraw 10.0 folder.

There are three disks to the install, but only
disk 1 is a program disk. the other two disks are
content disks that are not needed so I didn't put
them on the network. Physical disks 2 and 3 are in
Tricia's possession if a specific user requires them.

Also, shawn said that she'd need to have
Macromedia Director MX installed on her machine.
Physical disks for both coreldraw 10 and director
mx are in the top left tech outbox with a copy of
this ticket taped over the front for whoever goes
to finish this task.

She said that she needed at least the version 10.
I could not find any task for her asking for the
software installation, but she said that a tech
came over to install it for her last week.
