She said that she restarted her computer and it 
is working ok now. She will call back if it does 
it again.

I called and left a VM with the techs

She tried Ctrl+Alt+Delete and that didn't work, 
and she tried shutting down by pushing the power 
button on the tower and that did not do anything 
either.
