This is a special setup printer. It requires an 
account code to be entered in the printer 
properties.

Joan talked to him when he called last and he 
asked how he was supposed to print and she told 
him to try using another computer until the issue 
was resolved. (She wanted this documented)

the printer is located in the TRI office. He did 
not know the room number

He gets the little pop up that says it was sent 
to the correct printer. But nothing happens. The 
printer is called Radar TRI color (it does not 
have a WOU# sticker on it. It is new so they need 
a sticker they said) He said that Joe would know 
what to do.
