She had a task in for this that is a couple 
months old, and I couldn't find it. 

She said she has no access to email. She got a 
call from a tech (she didn't know who) saying 
that he emailed her some info, which is a problem 
because she doesn't have email. She is also being 
asked, when she opens documents she has saved, to 
encode them, or to encode them differently.
