He called in because he has come over here to the 
office today to set his password and it told him 
that is was successful but when he got back to 
his office it will not work for him.

him know that we have to receive notification 
from HR before new staff/fac accounts are 
created. He said he talked to a Roxanne in HR on 
the 2nd.
