I tried getting into Banner today from this 
computer.  I also tried downloading what was 
needed and I still could not get in.

I am sure it is just something that I do not 
understand how to complete the process, so I 
would appreciate help in completing this process.

Also, I had favorites saved in Internet Explorer 
and now have Firefox on this new computer.  Can 
you show me how to save these, and transfer over 
to firefox?

Thank you once again for all your help and 
support in getting this new computer set up in my 
office.

It is soooooo exciting!
