For some reason right clicking on the quick start
icons down on the start bar was prompting him to
update contribute. I logged in as myself and let
the program update. Problem seems to be solved.
The update was pathing to the T drive so he
couldn't let it update himself. Closing ticket.

He called back to say that he did a print screen 
of the error message so the techs can see it.

His computer works fine but it keeps prompting 
him to install the update. He tries to install 
but he keeps getting the error. He is not in a 
rush on this, but would not like the pop up to 
show anymore.
