Joe mentioned that after uninstalling windows
defender we should be able to run ccleaner and
take care of the leftover registry key.

In order to resolve this issue you need to not
only uninstall the current version of Windows
Defender, but also install the new version from
the T drive. This fixes a preset "break' date that
was in the registry for the old version.

For some reason simply uninstalling hte program
doesn't seem to wipe out the registry key that
causes the problem.
