She had an old Maverick_NT drive mapped. Once that
was removed it fixed the problem for her.

She called back and said that not everything is 
working correctly. She can open WORD, but when 
she tries to open a file from the I: it will not 
open.

I reinstalled Office and that seemed to fix the
problem.

Her access issue started yesterday (01/08). The 
software problem a few days ago.
