Called, had him do a hard reboot. Problem seems to
be fixed.

At 5:00pm yesterday Ryan went to shut down and 
update his computer, and this morning when he 
came in his computer had the message: "Please 
wait. Do not turn off or unplug your computer. It 
will turn off automatically."
