Called and she said she'd done a hard reboot and
it seemed to be working now. I told her to call
back in with any further problems.

She was prompted to install updates last night. 
When she came into work this morning the computer 
was still on with an svchost.exe error dialog 
box. Windows updater is stuck installing "1 of 5" 
updates.
