called, left vm.  Most likely there is an addon
(like yahoo toolbar, for example) that is the real
problem.  We can uninstall all addons and try it,
double check that updates have been run.  Also, we
can install FireFox as another option.

is the message she gets. It has been happening 
frequently for a few days. She might not be in, 
but the office tech can open her door.
