Set up a temmp printer port for them as a local
tcp/ip printer. The IP is 140.211.64.41. I named
the port hc_lj4250_temp. This is also what I named
the printer. They were all set to print by default
to HC on healthcenter. For whatever reason this
would act like it was printing fine, but nothing
would come out of the printer.

I've left the config sheet for the printer on my
desk under my keyboard if it's needed. I'm not
sure if this is a problem on Radar's end or if
their printer settings were just misconfigured.

For the time being they can print just fine, but
they are not printing through radar. Assigning to
Joe so he can take a look at the radar side of things.

Trisha Guy called back on this, Crystal Beahm is 
unable to print from her PC as well. Trisha asked 
when this could be done (it's been a little more 
than 1 business hour since the task was entered).

This has been going on all day.  They just now 
found the time to call.  It sounds like they are 
missing an icon that they are used to using.
