Hi Joan,

Can you let Courtney Carlson know that she cannot
tag on items to a service request that do not
relate to the original request (i.e. it's only
luck that I saw this this last note at all).

She called saying that the color printers were 
not working and needed attention right away.

Oh, the library wanted to be contacted to know if
the printer would be out of service while we wait
for a new part from HP or if we had something that
could stand in in the meantime.

Went over to check it out. Duplexer looks to have
broken. There's a small piece taped to the
duplexer. brought it back and set it on Joe's desk
to order a replacement through HP. Not sure how
that process works so assigning to Joe.
