Figured it out. the computer that needs to be able
ot print to waterboy is one of the lab machines
rather than Professor Taylor's machine.

Waterboy is in 218A. I think 118A was a typo?

He was still logged in as himself when the
secretary let me in (he was gone). He has waterboy
added as a tcp-ip "local" port AND through radar.
Both printed just fine. I'm really not sure what
he's asking for here.
