Problem solved. Ran the svchost scripts, made sure
updates were done, uninstalled google toolbar by
request, disabled imap notify. She's happy.
Closing ticket.

She will be available tomorrow from 1pm-4pm. It
sounds like we probably need to run CCleaner,
spyware scan, and run updates. Just make sure
everything's up to date and that all temp files
are cleaned out.

Called again, wondering what the status was on
her task and when a tech would be out to see her.
I told her only that I would make a memo that she
called to check on the status.

User has been abroad and windows has been
behaving erradicly since she has come back. When
she shuts windows down it stops at "Saving
Settings." She witnessed it in this state for at
least 45 minutes. Icons on her desktop are also
not being saved, suggesting a profile issue.
