He can't work. He needs to do some editing for 
the vice president of finance and administration.

He came into work and his computer was in the 
middle of doing a "sofos Virus" update, 
he "dissconnected from the network"  He can not 
use Premier software he gets error 
messaage "directory registry.cpp-174"  The 
computer locks up.. He said he has tried to 
reeboot several times.
