Went over and everything was working fine. Looks
like a hiccup. They said they restarted yesterday
and the problem wasn't resolvd, but they hadn't
shut down. Everything's fine now. Closing ticket.

She is at the front desk machine and is unable to 
click on certain things in email. She can't 
compose/reply, and she can't open firefox, which 
she uses for banner and email.
