called and was directed to his voicemail. I left a
message requesting a call back when the machine is
available.

remotely so he said he is in class between noon 
and 3 and he will leave the computer on.

svc.exe application host error. He will be out 
for the rest of the day, so you can come in 
tomorrow from 9:30a-11:30a during his office 
hours he said.
