Went to take a look and they said she was gone
until 4. She wasn't in her office. I asked the
receptionist to ask her to call us with times she
would be in the office tomorrow if we can't get
someone over there between 4 and 5 today.

to shut down and restart.

There is a message on the screen saying 'Updating 
#1 of 5' and it has been stuck there for 'hours'. 
She also thinks her computer may be hooked up to 
the Special Ed printer instead of the Ed 202 
printer.
