went there cold restarted the machine, either a
configuration was changed or there was some kind
of hardware issue, I started and logged in then
had her log on and she is in working order for the
time being.

Looked it up on Banner there is a class with Maren
in HSS 332... from 4-5:50

She has turned on the computer, and gettting a 
list of options F1 to continure and F2 to run 
setup utility, but no keystrokes do anything.
