Hi Kathy,

In the last few months, Microsoft released an
updated version of the Terminal Server client. 
For reasons that I cannot comprehend, they changed
the login (which changes the way we login to our
terminal servers).

When entering in your username you can use either
thompsk@mash or mash\thompsk

Again, I don't know the reasoning behind
Microsoft's change.

Please let me know if you still have difficulty
logging on.

She was trying to access the SPSS software 
through the terminal server, but when she tries 
to use remote desktop to log into ts.wou.edu, she 
is never able to login - gets the wrong 
username/password error. After she hits ok for 
the error dialog, she is presented with the 
expanded RDC options -> username, password, log 
on to: Log on to does not have MASH as an option, 
only (this computer).
