She called in right after I typed that. She's
already got a connection to terminal server and
just hadn't thought of it either. She's all set to
go. Closing ticket.

She needs the actual adobe acrobat software. She
currently only has reader.

I told her that she would need to find out if
either her department had extra licenses or she
could order a copy for her machine.

When I came back in joe mentioned that she could
connect to the terminal server and use the
software there.

I called her and left a message explaining this.
she may need someone to come set this up for her.
if that's the case please create a new ticket.

She needs to be able to print pdfs. She said if 
this is something you can call and talk her 
through, go for it, or someone can stop by.
