I was over there today working on ticket 19062 and
took a look at this. The levels were showing
properly today. They said that yesterday the
levels simply weren't displayed for the Magenta
and Yellow and no errors were popping up even
though it was notifying them that black was low.

Closing ticket since there doesn't seem to be a
problem for the time being. They said they'd call
back in if there were further problems.

Hello,
Today the HL Color #2 printer, 20051216[Edit Inv], is not 
registering any fullness level for the Magenta & 
Yellow but does not say that they need to be 
changed.  It does tell us that the black is low.  
I have seen color print jobs printing today on 
that printer.
 
Should we change those two printer cartridges?
