Created a new printer settings profile which used
default settings but forced to plain letter paper
in tray two. Problem solved.

Her printer is not responding. She will be 
available all day tomorrow. She is leaving now 
and she said the secretary could open her door, 
but she is going to shut down her computer "so 
you guys don't get into stuff".
