Went back over again with Brad and he was able to
reattach the part. Printer's working fine again.

The problem is with HL-Color 3. I found the part
and it looks like it's party of the mechanism for
moving the ink carriage from side to side. The
piece doesn't look damaged, but I couldn't tell
how to reattach it to the inside of the printer.

The metal part is on my desk, tapped to a copy of
this ticket.

When removing some jammed paper, a student worker 
managed to also pull out a "metal thing." She was 
not sure what it was or where it came from.
