User called back. Machine is sitting on her desk 
in an open area, it can be accessed at any time. 
Angie is there now, and will be in the building 
until 5. The information desk staff have a radio 
link to her and can radio if she's not at her 
desk. 

Client called on 2-2-07 to inquire about progress 
while entering a different task.  She sounded 
like she needed it soon, but was not demanding or 
even mildly rude.  She seemed to indicate through 
the tone of her voice that she'll need the 
machine soon.
