apparently the only time she is out of the 
classroom for certain is from 2-4 M-F which is 
her lunch time. I changed the phone number to be 
the butterfly room (her classroom) in hopes of 
better being able to reach them.

I just called her and it was busy. I'm going to
run up to her room and see if she can show me what
the problem is.

She called back and said that this is still 
happening and needs someone to come by tomorrow 
if possible. She said that she was told it was 
fixed but she said that it never worked for her.  
She is going to be in tomorrow from 9a-5p. She 
has meetings in the morning and will be in the 
brick room (meeting room) on the main floor of 
Todd Hall and said that you could come get her if 
you need her there. Otherwise you can get her in 
the Butterfly room in the afternoon #88743

2-4 she wants us to come by and see this.. I
cannot find anything remotely to the problem with
damewared in.

She is still having problems with this. She said 
that she is in the preschool classroom most of 
the day. The number for the classroom is 8743. 
She would like someone to go over there to look 
at this, so she can be there as well. If you call 
her in the classroom she can set aside a time to 
leave and take care of this. She is not available 
between 9.45 and 10.30.

I called and left her a message telling her that
we are closing the task with the assumption that
it was self-resolved. We haven't heard back from
her in over two weeks.

Task reassigned to Brad Dougherty.

User called back. The files themselves have not 
disappeared. All the files are there, but they 
have no contents. 

Doc files were set to open in another application.
I set it back to MS Word and it is working now.

Client seems a bit perturbed that the number she 
called wasn't tech support.  

Ongoing problem of files disappearing.  Folders 
are there but not the files.  (My personal guess 
is that somehow the files are "hidden")
